Wedding Day Coordination

      A Win Management Coordinator will orchestrate and direct you through your wedding rehearsal and accommodate your needs for the wedding ceremony and on-site reception. Our Coordinator will contact you three weeks prior to the wedding for a 1 hour interview with the bride and groom to acquire a personal connection to your vision and personal taste for your wedding, including the timeline and details of your event, and will help to ensure that your event runs smoothly. 

                                     Price for a 5 hour Event
                                              $1,000.00
                        (plus 20% Service fee and 8% Tax)

  • Consultation
  • Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)
  • Wedding day timeline & contact list
  • Event schedule for your wedding party and family
  • Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics
  • Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
  • Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors

Upgrades

Wedding Day Coordinator Upgrade
Your Win Management Wedding Coordinator, along with her assistant, will place your votives, favors, table numbers, arrange and place cards on place card table and light or turn on table candles.

Guest Count Upgrade
If your wedding is over 200 guests, an additional Wedding Coordinator will be assigned for the wedding ceremony and reception.
