  • Assists in Development of Your Packing List and Seating Chart*​
Bridal Coordinator 
  • Facilitates your Wedding Rehearsal*
  • Manages Bridal Coordination on the "Day-Of" (takes special care of Bride & Groom, the Bridal Party, and the Immediate Family Members' needs)*​
  • Assists with Day-Of Coordination Photography Timeline*
  • ​Ensures that all important Celebration Moments (ie. grand entrance, wedding toasts, first dances, etc.) are seamlessly executed on the Day Of*
Vendor Coordinator 
  • Confirms all Vendor Details 2-weeks prior to the Event (including Load-In and Load-Out Schedules)*
  • Manages all Vendors on the "Day-Of* (including Set-Up, Tear-Down and Clean Up)*​
  • Facilitates all Vendors' insurance paperwork for the Venue*
  • Confirms Venue Specifics with Vendors and ensures any special requests are implemented on the Day Of*
