Your V&E Event Manager will: 
  • Host your V&E Event Planning Launch*
  • Guide you through Your Venue's Specific Policies and Requirements*
  • Create your Wedding Banquet Event Order*
  • Coordinate your Tasting with desired caterers*
  • Oversee the creation of Your Event Floor Plan*
  • Develop Your Pre-Coordination Package and work with your V&E Coordination Team to finalize Your Event Planning*
  • Secure any V&E Upgrades that you are interested in adding to your Wedding Package

Assists you with your Wedding Vendors*

Your V&E Event Manager:
  • Acts as your Liaison and Manages Your V&E Vendors (Caterer, Bar Service & Event Rentals)*
  • Provides Referral Assistance for Your:​
    • Must Have Vendors including: Officiant, Photographer, DJ/Band, Emcee, Florist, and Bakery*
    • Optional Vendors such as: Photo Booth, Makeup Artist, Videographer, Transportation, Coffee Bar, Dessert Bar, Specialty Late Night Food Trucks, etc*​​
  • Compiles and submits all necessary Vendor paperwork (including Liability Insurance) to Your Vendors

  • ​Additional In-Person meetings with you and/or your Must Have or Optional Vendors
  • Assistance with your Invitation Design
