• Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)
• Wedding day timeline & contact list
• Event schedule for your wedding party and family
• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics
• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
• Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors​
  
• Set up Decor, candles, and name cards
• Provide month-by month task list for the Bride

Upgrades

Venue Search Upgrade
Includes:

• Venue selection (up to three venue site visits together)

• Hand selection of Preferred Vendors

Decor Purchase Upgrade

Guest Count Upgrade
If your wedding is over 200 guests, an additional Wedding Coordinator will be assigned for the wedding ceremony and reception.
