Bridal Coordination*
  • Facilitation of your Wedding Rehearsal
  • Bridal Coordination on the Day-Of  (taking special care of Bride & Groom, the Bridal Party, and the Immediate Family Members' needs)​

Vendor Coordination*
  • Confirm all Vendor Details 2-weeks prior to the Event (including Load-In and Load-Out Schedules)
  • Manage all Vendors on the Day-Of (including Set-Up, Tear-Down and Clean Up)
  • Facilitate all Vendors' insurance paperwork for the Venue
  • Confirm Venue Specifics with Vendors and ensure any special requests are implemented on the Day-Of
