Assists you with your Wedding Vendors*

  • Acts as your Liaison and Manages Your V&E Vendors (Caterer, Bar Service & Event Rentals)*
  • Provides Referral Assistance for Your:​
    • Must Have Vendors  (Officiant, Photographer, DJ/Band, Emcee (could be the DJ or band member), Florist, Bakery (Wedding Cake or alternative dessert)*

  • Confirms all Vendor Details 2-weeks prior to the Event (including Load-In and Load-Out Schedules)*
  • Manages all Vendors on the "Day-Of* (including Set-Up, Tear-Down and Clean Up)*​
  • Facilitate all vendors' insurance paperwork for the venue*
  • Confirms venue specifics with vendors and makes any sure requests are implemented on the Day Of*

1. 
A V&E Wedding Package selection is required to book one of our exclusive Venues and Estates. 

2. Total V&E event charges include your Venue, a V&E Wedding Package and all Service Fees & Taxes. Prices start at $30,000 (based on a 5-hour event and 100-person guest count).
